There may be a time where Vault Desktop is not acting as it should. You may be asked by support to provide a screenshot of Error Logs.
Vault Desktop is an electron application. Electron has a settings toolbar that renders toolbars differently depending on your operating system.

In the bottom right corner, there is an icon:
When you select Vault Desktop into context, it will highlight options in your top bar. This will give you electron options.
To toggle developer tools, select “Toggle Developer Tools”:
The developer tools will allow access to system logs.
